NEXX North America is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original, unused condition with tags attached. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure you find the perfect product for your needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
